概述
The LP6289 is a multi-channel converter provides regulated voltages and 10ch Gamma Voltage for TFT LCDs. All output can be programmable by IIC.
The VIO buck converter is for the T-CON. The AVDD boost converter, HAVDD OP, VCOM OP and Gamma voltage are for source driver. Charge pump VGH and VGL are for the level shifter or gate driver.
The AVDD have isolation switch included in this IC. VGH rail can be temperature compensated with GIP technology.Other features include over voltage protection(OVP), under voltage protection(UVP), short circuit protection(SCP), over current Protection(OCP), thermal shutdown protection(OTP) and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). The LP6289 is available in a space saving QFN-40 (0.4mm pitch) package.
