概述
The LP1150 is a highly integrated power stage solution for wireless power transmitter applications. Two logic PWM inputs control the full-bridge driver, which consists of four N-MOSFETs with up to 10-A output capability.
The device operates from a single power supply and supports a wide input range from 5.0V to 13.2V.The LP1150 integrates a 5.2V linear regulator (LDO), bootstrap diodes, and protections as well. The 5.2V LDO supplies the transmitter controller MCU and other peripherals. The LP1150 builds in high active EN function, input under-voltage lockout and thermal shutdown.The whole system is in a 24-pin 4mmx4mm QFN package.
